On Saturday, October 26th, CSHP participated in the National Drug Take Back Day at Kaiser Permanente Ontario Medical Center. Student volunteers helped the community collect expired and unused medications. This event was part of a national effort to reduce medication misuse and provide patients with a safe alternative for disposing their medications. Student pharmacists also provided health education on cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and diabetes to those in the community. Thank you to all the volunteers and to Kaiser Permanente Ontario for hosting this event!
