On Thursday, February 21st, 2019, CSHP ‘s Health Fairs and Asthma Awareness Subcommittee members presented to students at Cortez Elementary School in Pomona. The students consisted of Kindergarten to 2nd graders who were interested in learning about asthma. The students were excited to participate and eager to share their experiences with asthma. After the presentation, the committee members helped with hands-on coloring activities and inhaler demonstrations.
