We are pleased to announce that WesternU CSHP is now offering graduation honor cords to distinguish student pharmacists who have made a commitment to active involvement as well as outstanding excellence in health-system pharmacy. Honor cords recognize the efforts of members whose contributions help make our chapter a success, and will be awarded upon graduation.

REQUIREMENTS: (subject to change)
- Must be an active member of WesternU CSHP at the time of graduation, with at least 3 years of WesternU CSHP membership
- Attend CSHP seminar OR ASHP midyear at least once throughout academic career
PLUS A COMBINATION OF AT LEAST 5 OF THE FOLLOWING THROUGHOUT ACADEMIC CAREER:
- Served as a WesternU CSHP Executive Board Member
- Committee member for at least 1 year
- Member-of-the-Year OR Student Shout-Out recognition
- Attend at least 2 CSHP health fairs
- Attend at least 4 local CSHP association board meetings
- Attend at least 2 local CSHP association banquets (excludes WesternU Local Association Banquet)
- Attend at least 2 WesternU CSHP Roundtable events (Residency Roundtable or Local Association Roundtable Banquet)
- Participated in CSHP Seminar Quiz Bowl
- Competed in local WesternU Clinical Skills Competition
- Served as a delegate or alternate delegate at CSHP seminar
- Received at least 1 CSHP or ASHP award
- CSHP Student Leadership Award
- CSHP Student Leadership in Health-System Practice Award
- CSHP/ASHP Clinical Skills Competition Award
- ASHP Student Leadership Award
- CSHP local association award
- Other noteworthy items may be considered by current CSHP Board and CSHP Advisors
